Who we are

E Martech Euroline SRL was founded in 2003 and is part of a group currently consisting of two other companies:

• SMarTech Srl (Milano Italy)
• Contactcenter Ro SRL (Cluj Napoca – Romania)

The group's goal is to provide customers with highly customized and cost-effective end solutions in operational and analytical CRM environments.

These are more relevant steps in the history of the group:

• Our group began operating in 1989, and its mission was to offer high quality market research and data analysis services.
• In 1998, thanks to significant investments, our group expanded its services, offering Call Centers in-bound, IVR, broadband Internet access and web-enabled solutions.
• In 1999 SMarTech was founded to provide advanced callcenter services.
• In 2003 SMarTech opened a call center facility in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) to provide callcenter services, multilingual call centers throughout Europe. Contactenter RO SRL and E Martech Euroline SRL were founded for this purpose.
• In recent years our group has developed integrated Customer Care and strategic data analysis services at an international level and multilingual callcenter services for the main European countries.
